Kanniah worked in Hindustan Machine tool Ltd, Widia India Ltd and ITC Ltd in various capacities in the areas of production, production planning control, inspection, maintenance & training before taking the role of Environment Health & Safety. Exposed to various kind of audits related to environment, health & safety, OHSAS 18001 (Now ISO 45001) ISO 14001 standards and BSC 5 star.
